Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days of purchase we will offer a full refund if you have a change of mind or are unhappy with your purchase. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase we can still offer an exchange or store credit. Both options above are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them and in original packaging.

 

To start your return process email costelloinnovations@yahoo.com with your order number to request an RMA. Please indicate if you are wanting to refund or exchange your order and why. 

 

REFUNDS: (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received with issued RMA number we will process your return and request. If your return is approved you will be issued a refund back to your original credit card within 48 hours. We are only able to refund your original card used to initiate the purchase. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund has posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and have still not received your refund yet, please email costelloinnovations@yahoo.com .

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Sometimes sale items may not be eligible for a refund, as in discontinued items. You will be notified if your items are not eligible. 

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You can exchange your items for greater or lessor value, with additional funds being billed or a partial refund issued. Please note this in your exchange.

 

SHIPPING

To return your products, you should only return product IF you have an RMA NUMBER to: Costello Innovations, L.L.C., 6486 Oak Valley Rd. Waterford MI, 48327, Attn:  Returns and Exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $25 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost items in transit to us.
